Hyperdrive Fixed Borrow

Problem: Fixed-rate borrowing on-chain barely existed. Hyperdrive had the rates but not the path.
What I built: The research and the interface, on top of the sixteen protocol integrations the team shipped.
Result: A working fixed-borrow path, live at hyperdrive-borrow.vercel.app.
